This project involved the lateral conversion and basement extension of two large terraced family homes in a Chelsea conservation area.

The finished single residence is complete with extensive living and leisure facilities and incorporates some specialist finishes including mosaic tiling, decorative art glass paneling, texturized marble and leather cladding.

What made this project unique?

This project was run on an open-book Cost Plan basis whereby Boldfort worked with the Client and their professional team to develop a set of budgets to work to from project launch, allowing a prompt start on site whilst the design was developed.

Our knowledge and experience in the market ensured budgets were realistic, whilst our accountability to the RICS code of ethics and professional standards ensure our open-book approach offered transparency and value for money.
